  • 1.1.10 Subscriber – A user who has agreed to these Terms and registered on the platform.
  • 1.1.11 Prohibited Content – Material deemed illegal, obscene, or harmful under these Terms.
  • 1.1.12 Permitted Information – Personal info provided during account setup.
  • 1.1.13 Registration Data – Information provided by users during sign-up.
  • 1.1.14 Services – All offerings from AMANSHI TECH PRIVATE LIMITED including Vividcasts.
  • 1.1.15 Virtual Items – Platform-based digital credits redeemable for website services.
  • 1.1.16 Payment Terms – Pricing and payment cycle details.
  • 1.1.17 Third-Party Services – External tools or integrations accessible via the platform.

    • 2. Registration and Use

  • 2.1 Authorized Users: You must comply with all relevant laws while using the platform.
  • 2.2 Age Requirement: The services are not intended for users under the age of 18. Users below this age should not use the platform.
  • 2.3 Access Requirements: Use of the platform requires a stable internet or telecommunications connection. Standard data, SMS, or call rates may apply based on your provider, and you are responsible for such charges.
  • 2.4 Account Security: You are responsible for protecting your login details. Any transaction through your account is your liability unless proven to be due to the company's breach.

    5. Payments and Virtual Items

  • 5.1 All payments for premium access or virtual items are non-refundable unless otherwise specified under applicable laws.
  • 5.2 Transactions are processed through third-party gateways. The platform does not store your card or UPI details.
  • 5.3 Virtual items cannot be exchanged for cash and have no real-world monetary value.

    • 6. Suspension and Termination

  • 6.1 AMANSHI TECH PRIVATE LIMITED reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms or applicable laws.
  • 6.2 In such cases, no refunds will be issued for remaining virtual items or subscriptions.

    • 7. Limitation of Liability

    We strive to offer secure and uninterrupted services. However, AMANSHI TECH PRIVATE LIMITED is not liable for:

  • • Losses due to interruptions, technical errors, or third-party service failures.
  • • User-generated content uploaded on the platform.
  • • Unauthorized access due to user negligence.
