Welcome to AddaWaza, a voice-oriented social networking platform operated by AMANSHI TECH PRIVATE LIMITED. By accessing or utilizing our services ("Services"), you agree to adhere to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). We strongly advise you to read the following terms thoroughly before using the platform.

1. Virtual Items

1.1 Virtual Items

• AddaWaza may provide digital coins, virtual gifts, credits, or other similar digital items ("Virtual Items") that may be used within the Platform for permitted interactions and features.
• Virtual Items are digital units of value provided solely for use within AddaWaza. They do not constitute legal tender, electronic money, a bank deposit, security, investment, or any other form of monetary instrument.

1.2 Purchase of Virtual Items

• Users may purchase Virtual Items through the payment methods made available on the Platform from time to time. All applicable prices, quantities of Virtual Items, taxes, and total payable amounts will be displayed to Users before the transaction is completed.
• Upon confirmation of successful payment, purchased Virtual Items may be credited to your AddaWaza account.
• The Company may refuse, cancel, suspend, or delay a transaction where there is a reasonable basis to suspect fraud, unauthorized payment, misuse of the Platform, violation of these Terms, or a technical or payment-processing issue.

1.3 No Cash Value

• Virtual Items have no cash value outside the AddaWaza Platform and cannot be sold, transferred for cash, exchanged for currency, or redeemed by a User for cash unless expressly permitted by the Company under a separate program or by law.
• Users must not sell, trade, broker, or commercially transfer Virtual Items outside the Platform.

1.4 Use of Virtual Items

• Virtual Items may be used only for the features and purposes expressly enabled by AddaWaza.
• The Company may establish or modify the number of Virtual Items required for a particular feature or gift, provided changes are communicated on the Platform where reasonably practicable.

1.5 Virtual Gifting

• Users may use Virtual Items to send digital or virtual gifts to eligible creators, hosts, podcasters, or other users where such functionality is enabled.
• A gift transaction is completed when the Virtual Gift is successfully sent through the Platform. Once delivered, a Virtual Gift generally cannot be cancelled, reversed, transferred back to the sender, or exchanged for cash, except where required by applicable law or as resolved for technical error, unauthorized activity, or a legitimate reason.

1.6 Creator Rewards

• Where AddaWaza operates a creator or host reward program, relevant eligibility requirements, reward rates, payout thresholds, verification, payment schedules, tax, and other conditions may be communicated separately to eligible creators.
• Virtual Items purchased by users do not automatically create a contractual right for any creator, host, or podcaster to receive a set monetary amount. All creator rewards or payouts are subject to the separate creator terms and the Company’s verification/compliance procedures.

1.7 Refunds

• Payments for Virtual Items are generally non-refundable after the Virtual Items have been credited to or used from your account, except under the following:
  • If you believe a payment was incorrectly processed or Virtual Items were not credited, contact AddaWaza promptly with transaction reference, date, amount, and relevant account information.
  • Where a refund is approved, it will be processed within 7 working days through the original payment method, subject to the processing timelines of the relevant payment provider.

1.8 Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

• Users agree to contact AddaWaza for genuine payment or Virtual Item issues before initiating a payment dispute or chargeback, where reasonably possible.
• Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights or your right to dispute unauthorized transactions with the payment provider.
• If a chargeback is determined to be fraudulent, abusive, or unauthorized, the company may suspend or restrict the associated account while investigating the matter.

1.9 Expiry and Account Closure

• Unless otherwise expressly notified at the time of purchase or by AddaWaza, purchased Virtual Items remain available in your account subject to these Terms.
• Virtual Items may be cancelled or removed if your account is terminated due to fraud, abuse, unlawful activity, or material violation of these Terms, subject to applicable law.
• If an expiry period is introduced for Virtual Items, applicable expiry conditions will be communicated in advance or displayed at the relevant point of purchase as required by law.

1.10 No Transfer Between Accounts

• Virtual Items are associated with the User Account to which they were credited. Transfers between accounts are not permitted, unless expressly enabled by the Platform.
• Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their account and must not sell, transfer, or share credentials for the purpose of transferring or monetizing Virtual Items.

1.11 Promotional or Bonus Coins

• AddaWaza may provide promotional, bonus, complimentary, or earned Virtual Items to users from time to time. Such Virtual Items may carry additional conditions, including expiry dates, usage restrictions, or redemption/gifting limitations.
• The specific conditions for promotional Virtual Items will be communicated at the time of grant.

2. Payment Terms

2.1 Payment Processing

• Payments may be processed through third-party gateways, banks, card networks, UPI providers, or other authorized service providers.
• AddaWaza does not control the processing timelines, availability, or policies of third-party payment providers.

2.2 Transaction Records

• Users should retain their transaction confirmation, invoice, reference, or ID for records and for resolving any payment-related queries.

3. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

3.1 Governing Law

• These Terms and your use of the AddaWaza Platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

3.2 Jurisdiction

• Subject to any mandatory statutory rights, any dispute or proceeding relating to these Terms, the Platform, or the Services shall be subject to the jurisdiction of competent courts in Delhi, India.

3.3 Dispute Resolution

• The Company and the User shall endeavor to resolve any dispute relating to the Platform or Services amicably through good-faith communication before commencing formal proceedings, wherever reasonably practicable.
• Nothing here prevents Users from exercising any non-waivable right or remedy available under law.
